The OAD Outside Air Damper offers versatile solutions for both retrofit and new construction projects requiring exhaust, fresh air intake, and on-off zone control capabilities. Ideal for installation in bathrooms or restrooms within high rise hotels, office buildings, and apartment complexes. This American-made damper comes equipped with a direct coupled, spring return actuator available in either 24V or 120V configurations, or can be customized with a direct coupled actuator. For convenient installation, an optional accessory plate is available for actuator mounting.
